Built for parents at the pitch on their phones. Coaches edit content without calling a developer.
Unge Drabanter is a youth football club in Oslo. They had Facebook groups and a PDF fixture list. Parents wanted one place for training times, match results, and messages from coaches.
Next.js, Sanity, Tailwind, deployed on Vercel. Coaches update schedules in Sanity; parents get a site that works on a phone at the pitch. Auth for the bits that should not be public.
Volunteer-run club, zero budget for enterprise software. The win is that nobody texts the coach asking what time practice is anymore.
